RCIDB Is Seeking Expressions of Interest for Legal Counsel

ROANE COUNTY, TN – The Roane County Industrial Development Board (RCIDB) will be saying goodbye to longtime legal counsel Sandy McPherson, as he officially retires this year. Expressions of interest are being requested for those with legal experience in Governmental Law, Transactional Law, Corporate Real Estate, Litigation, Corresponding with Government Officials, Bond Financing, TIFS, and PILOT Lease Agreements. Interested parties should respond with qualifications, expertise, and relative experience via email or post to the RCIDB by close of business on September 30, 2022, as well as general questions to:
